1. I will gladly take any mp3/video down that any artist or anyone associated with them asks me to take down. Send an email to: inallcaps at gmail.com
2. If the mp3/video has been posted elsewhere, I will just link to it. No need to post it twice.
3. I believe that I am introducing my readers to music that they'll like and the result will be more music sales. If I felt otherwise, I wouldn't be doing it. I buy music and I think you should too.
To sum it up: If you are an artist or scary lawyer type and want something removed from here, just email us and it's gone! We're easy like that!
